This week celebrates Organic Beauty & Wellbeing Week. As more of us are becoming conscious of our lifestyle choices, being mindful of what we’re putting on our skin is a natural next step.
Just like you nourish your body with organic food, your skin deserves care with organic beauty products. As I’ve hit the #BlissfulForties, I am on a journey to creating new habits that will not only make the next phase of my life easier, but also healthier. I have been de-cluttering my home and life, started eating healthier, created a fitness regime (that I can actually do every day) and more.
A difference I did notice was that as I started eating more natural foods I became more interested in what I was putting on, as well as in, my body, too. I researched the ingredients in what I was using and looking at alternatives. I’ve also bought ingredients and am on a mission to try and create my own skincare products – so stay tuned.
